All payments will be received at the venue during the symposium. We accept only Japanese yen at the venue, therefore, please exchange fees in advance.

  1. Oral or poster presentation you prefer
  2. The title and abstract within 200 words
  3. Your name(s), affiliation(s), address(es), phone/fax number(s), and e-mail address(es)
  • The organized committee will decide your presentation form (oral or poster).
  • First author should be a regular member of HES.
Instruction The manuscript sholud be written within 2 or 4 pages, based on the format of the JHES. You can download the template.
The file name should include your name while submitting your manuscript(s).
